Ironically, if you create a wi-fi hotspot with your phone, and use another device to connect to that "Wi-Fi" it will work. So clearly has nothing to do with the underlying connection.

multi quest only works on Wifi, doesnt matter how fast your phone internet is.

Well, if it says that the internet connection is bad, you should try to use higher speed internet like wifi.
