2 normal equip lvl 1 + materials = +1 equip
2 +1 equip lvl 10 + materials = +2 equip
2 +2 equip lvl 20 + material = +3 equip
and go on

You need 2 unequipped +1s leveled up to 10 and another recipe along with whatever materials.
