I notice I can't pour my bronze and silver exp cubes onto my lvl 60+ units anymore like I could during the first week of launch. Did they do this on purpose? Did this also happen in JP? It's really capping my leveling.

You can see that the Bronze one can only be used for units that are lvl 1-30. Silver is also for lvl 1-60. You are never be able to use them on units that are lvl 61 or more. There was no update on this.
