Hi I am new to this game here. I was in a map with a KO character so I used iyaka to raise but it didn’t work. Can you tell me what I missed?

It's a "Chance", not guaranteed.

Raise does not guaranteed 100% success rate. The success rate depends on the Faith of the character that you are trying to raise. The higher the faith the higher the chance.
