I understand % increases but for Chakra and a few others abilities, I've seen various sources say something like 180x-205x. What does this actually mean? Trying to figure out how to manpiulate the value for my different units if possible.
Nevermind I figured it out. That said I wish they'd just be consistent and say % or normalize the number for calculations. Because in reality, that is just what it is.
