what is "increase speed" mean? is it same as agi which increase evasion or it's only give us more turn with no evasion boost?

it gives AGI percentage based on your base AGI. every 2 AGI means 1 evasion

Hi. What about Ignore Def? What does 40% Def Pierce mean in relation to Sterne (KoD)'s + 20 Def Pierce?

If base on my understanding for now,

Ignore DEF 40% mean.. for i.e. if target have Def. 10 .. it will ignore 4 out of 10 ,

and Ignore DEF 10 is.. if target have
10 it will ignore 10 directly.. sure directly should valuer from my view
