Raw stats are shown on the website she comes with high Dex and Luck by default meaning ACC is going to follow suit. You can deck her out with high ACC equipment like I did except with her bow because I know she's going to hit regardless. Also I want to add her sub job ranger comes with a guaranteed hit move which again isn't needed if you are building her for the role she plays.

I suggest using the set up I provided. DO NOT use the trick Lance Sub job because she won't use the job to it's full potential. Also with the right team comp she can get both Luck and Dex past 500(for Luck) and 550(for Dex) meaning someone is having a bad day.

You can get Eliza past 1,500 Atk with TS and C.0din on a main but I'm personally am against it for team composition purposes. Honestly if you need a ranged unit I'm going to suggest you use Eliza or Alaya (When she comes out). And if you're and ice main then 1 of the 2 need to be on your team at least

I forgot to add use the Odin Esper he has a ACC branch and high Dex and Luck or C.Odin plus they both have man eater. I don't care what anyone says use either or Espers

I feel there is something wrong with Eliza attack's damage mechanism!! I max her and her attack is 1437 + 557 dux + 109 accuracy + missiles attack 35 up + 35 human eater + 35 ice attack up + critical damage and rate up. Still she is not dealing much damage even against wind team!!! Around 1500 to 4000 only !!!

A must have Baw user, she have +2 and +1 range passive and another +1 in self buff. Thats absurd range, i feel bad for Mages. Imagine a Dark Odin Card equipped on her she'll be Mage buster.
