Depending on how strong your units are, this fight is quite easily doable in manual play, not so much in auto. Enemies here have varying levels of hate, which can cause a mess in auto AI, and some of them can inflict doom status.
Bloody Moon is the biggest threat here since it can inflict doom status effect in an area, and deal some decent counter attack damage. Both Xiza and Etre can inflict doom as well, but it's single target, so it's less of a threat.
The next priority after Bloody Moon are the White Mages since they can revive fallen allies, including the Bloody Moon. It's recommended to focus on them after Bloody Moon to prevent the revives.
Most of the enemies here are weak to magic, so you'll have an easier time if you use a team full of magic users. If your units are strong enough, then you can go full offensive without having to worry about the doom status and bring a unit to clear it.
Light magic damage dealers like Sakura or Yuna can help with the moon, while the others can be handled with most offensive mages with some high MAG even without bringing human killers. Tanks can be useful here, but not really needed if you have plenty of strong mages.
