It's a L damage, surehit attack that gains an extra 25% damage vs lighting units.

Is it a typo "Deals Dmg (L) to target & Lightnin Units"? Or... does it hit the target and ALL Lightning units on a map? If so, then even friendly Lightning units?

From what I read as of 9/3/2021. I am guessing deals L damage. Guarantee hit against Lightning units. Just guessing.
