You must pull this card. PVP is so-so, but her PvE/solo/farming is just godly. Not even Black Helena outclasse her in PvE. If she was 100 cost, holy fck, she be in meta 1 vs all. Her aoe range and damage is wtf, how can a 70 cost do this nuking. Her healing will help the team and her movement is seek with no hide. Also, she is fast. I use her with Varush and Jeanne if I am stuck on any pve map.

Typhoon is a better vc for H.Leela. This vc is nasty if you have noctus card and a defensive vc (personally I like piercing resistance because of missiles, landers and spears)

Most units w/o guaranteed hit have trouble against evades teams. Just pair her with teammate with guaranteed hit or exorcist vc. Her role isn't to be an evasion hunter but a long ranged tank buster.
