Typhoon is a better vc for H.Leela. This vc is nasty if you have noctus card and a defensive vc (personally I like piercing resistance because of missiles, landers and spears)

20% pierce resist is good, with Kain, Oberion and Arenea coming out. If card has 150 mag then Zombie Rairyu can use it too, but too bad.
