Starlight Elena is a Light element bruiser/frontliner that uses Slash attack type that scales with MAG, similar to a Rune Knight job. This also comes with the benefit of having her starting AP at 50%, which allows her to enter a fight pretty easily/fast without relying on Illusory Bell or many buffs.
As a frontliner, she mostly offers strong single target damage instead of strong debuffs or status effects. She has high AGI to be speedy and evasive + a Guts-like ability (I've Tempered My Resolve) to be threatening, but her damage is also pretty high since she has good crit chance and some hard-hitting attacks.
Her abilities are further boosted since she makes good use out of Bahamut to increase speed and damage + she has great synergy with other Light units to form a strong team that can share master ability and VC. Her signature weapon, Astraea Aurora, is also quite strong and was available for free through her bingo missions. This ultimately makes her thrive in PvP, becoming a strong pick in most cases.
She's pretty good for PvE as well since she has a 4 hit move and chains with Slash. However, her weakness is that she can be bad at long drawn-out battles because her normal attack scales with ATK, which is most likely going to be pretty weak.
