On the JP version, Rain and the two new vision cards are added at the same time. On the global server however, we can now only have the new vision cards. Rain will be added a bit late.
I don't know why but on the JP server, this event was held after New Units Vinera & Dario Campaigns. You can see the event schedule here here.
