Smart Coat is really nice armor. Gold Helm is not that popular to be honest.

Will there be rerun of this event in future?

Yes. Actually there was the event rerun. Even if you aren't afford to complet the quest missions, you can fiish them at the rerun.

Equipment Training Quest Supportive Summon won't rerun at that time though.

once the floor is finished, & boss & malboro left, then use the crystals to refill hp & abilitys for tp, if no cant hit boss or mob then move back to far hill until boss turn passes & dont get hp dmg.

this strategy should open up some easy wins. once you see the no 1000 or 10000 dmg version its so fun. I like to tp build on the closest marlboro & keep the far one for last, can turn you stone & toad, hes tricky lol. they drops are way worth it also.

stay near the farthest hill so boss doesnt range attack any char. except tank. take out elementals 2nd, & dont hit 2nd spawn cactars until the elementals are finished & your out of boss rng atk range.

so plan: take out cactars in turn prior to there move or if not possible then wait until there move finish before hitting below 100%hp.

the use of hien, & shuriken to create a chain, along w/ any slashing damage from regular atks make the damage about 25% increase to finish any mob in 3hits, I like to use ramza or shadowlynx to 3hit chain open, & my thief did chain6 sneak attack for 850hp on boss for wins. chains baby!!

Party: mont99 (3k+hp /pld), Shadowlynx79, thf89 /sam, UR blm69 /grm, ramza55 (nagnorok+4 lvl50) friend: ramza85+.

hint2: dark elements aggro 1st char. to get in range, put your tank to get closest & get aggro from all mobs & boss same time. Keep others on cactar line where the 2cactar spawn row.

heres a helpful hint that rules here: cactaurs wont atk party unless you hit them below 100%hp. Check the list & if can 🔥 them before there turn ok, but if not then pass them up, keep out of range for boss ranged atk, & let cactaurs come to you 1st.

You will need a tank. Ideally Engel would do wonder against all those metal cactuar. Grace can actually be helpful in this battle as well. Ramza can also be useful for his double break and Agi. for those who have TG Cid, I think this will be an easy quest. if not, hire a companion.

be careful when dealin with metal cactuar. They will use 10,000 needle once their HP below 20%
