Actually I was wrong about that -- the esper stats do apply but something is lowering the impact of the base MAG in the formula by a very similar amount (about 11.2%) to what the Esper was adding for me.
At any rate the formula of us should put you in the right ballpark of the heal amount at least.

hybrid means just that, kotet receives buff from both atk and equipment mag, that includes both man eater up. but also suffer from both debuffs, in this case BOTH atk reflex and mag reflex, atk guard and mag guard.
Yes, only those 8 units are given with maxed LB and awakenings, you still can get another UR unit in your 1st pull if you're lucky tho (but their level and LB are not maxed)
super weak, evasion build is generally weak.. but she is exceptionally weak even among other evasion units.. sub-par HP, short range skills, weak buffs, and no reflex like cloud and regular fred..
Mmm. maybe in niche situations. But if you put it on a high movement agility character, the -hate won't really matter if they use the increased CT to move into the enemy attack range when your party members are still on the back line.
Phoebe stands out, but there are other units worth maxing out for their TMRs.
A lot of JP players seem to think that Sosha is viable in PVP and her TMR gives Ice resistance, which is useful. I think that if you have a triple pierce damage team you can run her.
Vallaide is an excellent support and his TMR is unique because it gives 5 defense against all damage types except for magic.
Murmur is also considered very strong by JP players, she is probably the best non-UR and non-thief character in PVP.
Vadim is a thief and his TMR is useful for Orlandu and will be useful for Skull/Scar when he comes to GL.
Little Leela has a TMR that's very good against Vinera and Sterne.
Severo has been shown to be very effective in PVE and his TMR is very useful against Orlandu, Frederika, Salire and Skull/Scar.
