Fina or Margritte

My team currently consists of Sterne, Mediana, Mont, Fina & Margritte.
Is it a good idea to have two supports?
Should I replace one with another damage dealer? If so, which one would be better to replace?

Fina only neeed for faith increasing. its with Cheer ( her skill ) skill at lvl 11.
Margritte which is usefull i think since the role of supportive.
