I like him, tanky boi with great damage output (281 max attack I think is second to Sterne currently), and decent agility considering his bulk.
Oelde is a beast in terms of fire power and defense though his downside is his mobility he is only limited to 3 x 1 movement and how do you even counter that movement deviation with "Night Hawk".
Night Hawk is a 4 ranged skill a very potent hunting kit like how people in the prehistoric period hunt there prey.
Altema (another WOTV website) recommends samurai for versatility though Hien is only a 3 ranged skill and his downside is movement.
I would sub monk on him and build him as a tank. His mobility is its weakness. Put him at the front on pvp he would be already buffing sharp spear and store. His terra slash work like night hawk but aoe and does more damage.
Get hp and crit rate passive.
Should be S rank, can easily go toe to toe against the best.
Only weakness is the off-tank LB.
