When targeting the monster, other than "Weak" and Resist", it shows "Killer". What does this mean?

Esper/ability/equipment/vision card bonuses. Gives extra % dmg up against those types.

I believe this has to do with your Esper ability, for example Beast Killer would have a Killer show up if you target a wolf. I have not tested this but logically it makes sense.
