What does this passive do?

It says Nullifies Slow, Stop, Haste and Quicken.

Nullify means cancel. So those status are ineffective vs the unit with this passive. Its kinda 🔥ty for the buffs but good for the anti stop and slow if a boss has those abilities i guess.
