This makes the game sooo damn wack on top of the game already being extremely overly complicated it takes away the fun that everything needs farming and everything is not to make the game more fun but stressful instead what a pain
They really just made the minus to fire res apply first and that madea big difference... huh. I kinda wanted more but, honestly that subtle change makes this move do a 180.
Haste adds more speed when the char will take a turn
Vitalize adds AGI stat that part of a char when he/she'll take a turn
Haste and Vitalize when buffs together, you're character most like to take turn :)
Each raid has a different drop. The store lets you buy any item, usually by the time you get enough for +5 you have enough resources from the raid itself to craft it.
If you try to craft gear outside of the actual associated raid, good luck.
again kinda niche, but there is one thing she's good at and that's damage. MA2 helps a lot by giving her LB a courage effect so she's more likely to get a chance to hit (after first attack, anyways)
Sadly bells are basically a must, but Oldoa sash or Muraga Axe are passable TMR alternatives if you have a better use for bells.
She's still great on raids though because her LB, while not a unique effect anymore, still has the HIGHEST unit res debuff. Golden axe+6 stacks even more onto her ridiculous crit damage rate, then it's just a matter of trying to get as much increase to damage limit as you can

I was mostly interested in the Job Ability passives like. "MAG Up Lv. 1". I think some units have 2 of those. First paragraph answered it.

No, you don't have to make it +6. Brotherhood +1 already can give you the bonus. Because brotherhood cannot be crafted and you can only have one piece (same as Rain's sword). +6 is required only for crafted weapon that has +5 already.
