yeah, AND there is no way to see the "evasion" in the Stats Details

When the level of a skill that has an effect of lowring stats is raised, it lowers less stats.

So that when this skill is leveled, it's effect of lowering evasion rate becomes weaker.

This is same to skills like Self Sacrifice and Blade Soul.

The val2 is the init val i believe, so is -20 dodge, max val is -5 on the val21.

So yes, it does lower Dodge value.
