Missing units, wrong ratings, or any input can be given in the comments.

SS: Gamechangers / Meta Defining.
S: Top tier.
A: Good outside of mono teams and has useful buff/debuffs to help the party.
B: Situational.
C/D: Outdated / Just No.

this tier list is too mess up, i completedly disagree with this. lasswell and kain are still the best for physical damage in jp server, i know how strong they are cause i have all of this unit except the xmas unit, and of course im not the number 1 but i never lose in the arena

kain is a 4s unit with his wall card maxed..little leela is 1star tier,gold stern is easily 2 stars maybe 3.Rain and gilgamesh are 1 star tier....cecil rosa and delita are A tier....Engelbert is least A tier...i don't know how you make your tier list,some your decisions are weird...you will talk with some players in diamond1 or champion before of put numbers on random.

i know making tierlist for this game is not easy, but to put ruin sterne and gilgamesh in the mid tier.. they really make a ballsy move there :D

Actually, sterne is good cause evade still work in global ATM, it wont in a near futur.

And if you Ask diamond1 + global players, leelah HW is good tiers for now.

You can really tell when someone is butthurt that their favorite unit has a low ranking. Make your own website, then u can rank your unit 10S
