Notice: This tier list also includes units on JP server and takes their EX 120 abilities into consideration. Units are not sorted from best to worst.

Missing units, wrong ratings, or any input can be given in the comments.

SS: Gamechangers / Meta Defining.
S: Top tier.
A: Good outside of mono teams and has useful buff/debuffs to help the party.
B: Situational.
C/D: Outdated / Just No.

sorry for the sudden change before a new unit arrives, but the tier list has been updated to help get a better idea for the future by looking at the meta and unit performances of jp version.

some units have dropped a tier not because they got weaker, but are starting to see less use due to newer units. Fire is also shown to be struggling for quite some time due to celestoria (celes + alstoria).

How is Elena not SS? There is no more meta defining unit for global since her release. I would argue the strongest PvP unit in the game.

it's a good point. She's definitely the strongest pick in light and still pretty strong/useful outside of mono, making her pretty meta defining. will be updated.

Don't pay attention to the tier list on this site. I don't even think the people who make it really know for sure. Queen is listed as S tier but hasn't been released in Global and is ranked low in JP.

Hmmm if canceling AOE magic nuke is not meta defining enough i dont know what to say. She is the only unit who can do that and its a game changer.

It takes some time to know how impactful new units can be. Celes has shown to be the next "go to" top tier tank. Queen is fairly recent, but yes, she's been underperforming, which should've been updated as well.

the warrior of the crystal banner units can be argued to be at SS. They're worth considering if your account has good supports for them.
