SS: Gamechangers / Meta Defining.
S: Top tier.
A: Good outside of mono teams and has useful buff/debuffs to help the party.
B: Situational.
C/D: Outdated / Just No.

Missing units like zazan, frievia, etc.
Bad choices in top b,a,a+,s, ss.. Engelbert in A+ without job ex released in global, that is too funny.
They should just remove this section.

First of all. Wikis aren't managed by the game developers. It's a project run by passionate fans. Secondly this page mostly combines the current information with the data from the jp site like "altema.jp" where they post their tier list and the history of events. That's why there a pictures with japanese characters. JP Wotv is approximately 4 months ahead of the global version.
