SS: Gamechangers / Meta Defining.
S: Top tier.
A: Good outside of mono teams and has useful buff/debuffs to help the party.
B: Situational.
C/D: Outdated / Just No.

First of all this page is for global players information of what should they expect in the future, wether it is a future event, units or VC.

Second how can providing info count as hacking?

First of all. Wikis aren't managed by the game developers. It's a project run by passionate fans. Secondly this page mostly combines the current information with the data from the jp site like "altema.jp" where they post their tier list and the history of events. That's why there a pictures with japanese characters. JP Wotv is approximately 4 months ahead of the global version.
