Notice: This tier list also includes units on JP server and takes their EX 120 abilities into consideration. Units are not sorted from best to worst.

Missing units, wrong ratings, or any input can be given in the comments.

SS: Gamechangers / Meta Defining.
S: Top tier.
A: Good outside of mono teams and has useful buff/debuffs to help the party.
B: Situational.
C/D: Outdated / Just No.

- I think this game shouldn't have Guarantee hit.. should just have Added accuracy hit instead... it almost lock for the winner when evasion sets face them.. meanwhile another set face evasion set still have a chance to hit/winning

- UR unit should rebalance a bit.. for the balance.. I know new unit should be great than old one for sold but.. some is too great ( I just don't want them too great.. for the Balance ) i.e. Sterne-Knight of Ruin & Kain ...

it seem most of top player must have them or else.. no chance of winning and became one

Honestly low-key hoping whenever tactics gets a rerun, they add like Alma as a playable healer character, I like her. To have ramza and alma together in a team

Assuming you mean the master ability, yes they stack.

but remember, they only buff basic stats, so the end result may not be as high as you think it would be
