Missing units, wrong ratings, or any input can be given in the comments.

SS: Gamechangers / Meta Defining.
S: Top tier.
A: Good outside of mono teams and has useful buff/debuffs to help the party.
B: Situational.
C/D: Outdated / Just No.

SPR will provide healing boost and other skill that rely modifier to SPR. other than that is magic resist

I would love to see an explanation as to why each character is placed where they are (see nearly any other Gatcha Tier list wiki for what I mean).

It could either be hover over, or on the units page itself, idealy both.

What are the priorities to buy at the shop using coin?

I got 6 UR units. They are Irene, Gilgamesh, Rob, Oelde, Frederica, and Dixa. Can u suggest how I put my formation with those units? It can include SSR if necessary

I just got 4 URs: sterne, aileen, gilgamesh, and robb. Is it worth rerolling for mediena?

I would say that if you are willing to commit yourself to Gilga, you can use him instead. He's a more powerful unit, just is harder to raise. You will wind up spending more Visiore in the shop for his shards when they show up. Sterne and Robb are also super good. Aileen is okay. I'd say you have a good set. Also remember you may get her later.

I'd go with 1 if you can gather a lot of frederica shards right now. If not 2 since a new gunner will outshine frederica when released since you already have a strong dps in mediena

In terms of actual fighting capability (and not in terms of obtainability/trust master), how would Gilgamesh be ranked?

Top tier Late game monster. His subclasses and main class makes him a strong AOE attacker and sup unit. Also his master class ability gives "HP +1000, Accuracy +15, Slash Attack +10, Quickness + 10%" which is very good. If he wasn't expensive, he would be on par with Mediana as priority IMO. It's just better to spend resources on two UR rather than just gilgamesh
